An automated reporting system for construction job costing that analyzes project budgets, identifies cost overruns, and generates executive summaries. Based on real construction company structure with categories for Building, Site Work, Masonry, Off-Site, and Alternates.
Built using Python automation to replace manual Excel tracking, this system processes job cost data and produces professional reports with visualizations in seconds instead of hours.
